To help you with this, we offer a Title Tracking Service for a small monthly fee. We receive updates from the land title office about any changes to your property’s title, and we’ll let you know right away. This way, you can quickly confirm if those changes were authorized by you or not.
If your property has a clear title, it’s especially important to use our Tracking Service because you may be at a higher risk of title fraud.
