Real Estate Lawyer Partner for Fraser Valley Realtors

Alpine Legal Services partners with realtors across Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, and the broader Fraser Valley to close residential purchases and sales with the communication, speed, and transparent pricing your clients expect. Our lawyers and notaries public handle conveyancing from start to finish, with status updates that keep you in the loop, not just your client.

Why Fraser Valley Realtors Refer Files to Alpine

The legal side of a closing should make a realtor’s life easier, not harder. Too often a closing slips because the buyer’s lawyer goes silent on the agent, the law firm is reachable only during banker’s hours, or fee disclosure happens at the table instead of upfront. Alpine acknowledges new files the same day they are sent, copies the referring agent on status updates, and holds the completion date set in the contract. When something is at risk, you hear about it from us before the client calls in a panic.

How We Support Fraser Valley Realtors

Residential Purchases

We review the Contract of Purchase and Sale, conduct title searches through the BC Land Title and Survey Authority, calculate the Statement of Adjustments, prepare transfer documents, and register your client's title with the agent copied on key milestones.

Residential Sales

We prepare discharge documents, review the Statement of Adjustments on behalf of your seller, coordinate with the buyer's legal representative, and handle the transfer of funds and final net proceeds release.

Strata Conveyancing

Strata purchases require careful review of Form B, depreciation reports, bylaws, and financial statements. We handle strata transactions across Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford, and the rest of the Fraser Valley strata market.

ALR and Acreage Transactions

For your buyers in Abbotsford, Mission, Agassiz, and the surrounding agricultural communities, we handle the Agricultural Land Reserve review, covenant analysis, well and septic considerations, and easement work that comes with rural property.

New Construction and Pre-Sale

Fraser Valley new construction and pre-sale assignments involve different considerations than resale transactions. We handle developer paperwork, deposit structure review, occupancy issues, and assignment closings.

Title Transfers and Refinancing

When your client needs to add or remove a spouse from title, transfer between family members, or coordinate a refinance alongside the transaction, we prepare and register the documents and coordinate with the lender.

When your buyer or seller asks what the lawyer will cost, you can point them to a real document rather than guessing. Surprises at the closing table reflect on the agent who made the referral, and our transparent fee structure protects the working relationship.

Alpine also offers e-signing, video conferencing, and mobile signing for out-of-area buyers and sellers, so closing does not require a day off work or a trip to Chilliwack unless your client prefers it.

How We Work With Realtors

Alpine operates on a clear three-step workflow designed for the pace of Fraser Valley residential real estate:

Open

Refer your client through our intake form or by email at hello@alpinelawyers.com. We open and acknowledge new files within one business day with the referring agent copied on the confirmation. You receive the file reference number and the lawyer or notary public assigned.

Review

Within two business days we complete the first review of the Contract of Purchase and Sale, conduct the title search, identify any title issues or unusual terms, and report back to your client with the agent copied. If subject removal questions come up, we are available to answer them directly.

Close

We complete the standard residential transaction on the contract completion date, with funds and possession coordinated according to the contract terms. Status updates flow to the agent at each milestone so you and your client are always on the same page.

These are internal service standards designed for the pace of Fraser Valley real estate, not guarantees. Title encumbrances, lender timing, and document availability can shift any closing timeline. If a file is at risk of slipping, you hear about it from us first.
